Our AA Rosette restaurant at the heart of the hotel is locally renowned for fantastic food, excellent service and stunning panoramic views of the Thames Estuary. Led by our Executive Head Chef, Howard Webb, our team of chefs are passionate in the delivery of first class fare.
Our seasonal menus are based around high-quality local produce, fresh local fish and even free-range meats sourced from our own farm in Hampshire. Chef Howard ensures there's always a variety of tantalizing dishes for even the most discerning of palates. Our sample menus are seasonal and subject to change.
