Terms and Conditions

  • We require a deposit of £20.00 per person in order to book any packages (This deposit is non-refundable).
  • We require a credit or debit card number to secure any treatment bookings (no payment will be taken, this is just to secure the booking).
  • Our therapists time is valuable and therefore we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy for all treatment booking, failure to give this notice will result in you being charged 50% of the treatment costs. (Group bookings and packages not included).
  • All treatments will be subject to a consultation, please advise reception of any medication you may be taking or any medical problems you may have or have had in the past 5 years.

Time to Retreat

Loyalty Card
At the Roslin Retreat it is important for us to give something back to our loyal customers. That’s why we have created a loyalty scheme to give you exceptional benefits and the perfect opportunity to indulge yourself. On your first visit to the Roslin Retreat you will receive a loyalty card where for every treatment over £15 you will receive a stamp. One stamp per customer per day. Once this card is full you will receive 25% off any treatment. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. It is up to the client to look after their loyalty card. Unfortunately if your card is lost you will lose your loyalty points.

Gift Vouchers
The ideal present to give to someone special. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, holiday or a new baby, there’s always a good reason for giving a Roslin Retreat Gift Voucher. Choose from our exquisite range of treatments, or simply let them choose when they book. Our team will be more than happy to help advise you to create the perfect gift.

Your voucher will come personalised with a message from you, no better way to say ‘I care about you’. Vouchers over £50.00 will come personalised in a luxury Roslin Giftbox. Orders under £50 can also be prepared in a luxury Roslin giftbox for a £2.50 surcharge.

Cancellations Policy
We ask that you respect that our therapists’ time is very valuable. Therefore we kindly request 48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, otherwise we regret that 50% of your total treatment value will be charged.
