Dining Important Information
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Please note we can hold your table for 20 minutes after your reservation time. Unfortunately, if you arrive after this time period we may need to release your table. To help us maintain the standards you would expect and due to the high demand for availability, if you were to cancel a party of 8 or more, your deposit will not be refunded or transferable to another reservation.
As a reminder, we shall contact you 24 hours prior to your booking by email and 1-day prior by telephone for weekend reservations. Should your guests have any special dietary requirements please inform our Reservations Team. Although we try to accommodate all types of dietary requirements, we cannot absolutely guarantee that all products will be allergen free.
CANCELLATIONS POLICY:
For the Restaurant and Afternoon Tea, we do not charge for reservations of bookings under 8 guests on weekdays. However, please be aware that we are extremely busy and would appreciate as much notice as possible. Our Reservations Team will do their very best to reallocate your booking to suit your requirements, but we cannot guarantee to meet your requirements. For parties of 8 and over, we will take a deposit for your booking and this will be non-refundable and non-transferrable.
