I joined the Roslin Beach Hotel in 2008. My aim within the business, is to achieve the very best service for all events, and to continue to ensure my clients have the most memorable day possible, and to know I was a part of that is incredible.

My team and I like to ensure we focus on the personal touch for events, for me, it is paramount that we retain our excellent reputation and continue to maintain a family run feel where guests feel that their special events and ideas are turned into reality. My team have been handpicked based on their passion and dedication to ensuring that we create memories that last a lifetime.

With over 5 years experience at Roslin Beach Hotel, I am there to help organise your event from start to finish. My passion for guest relations and knowledge of all kinds of occasions, helps me to make your dreams become a reality. 

I will be one of your main points of contact in the run up to your event but also be there on your big day. 

I began my career in hospitality as an Events apprentice and have developed my skill set by immersing myself into every aspect of the hotel. From intimate sit down private dinners to weddings of 180 guests - my adoration for providing first-class service and dedication to ensure you have an unforgettable Roslin experience has enabled me to become the Events Manager. I will be there from start to finish on the day of your occasion, ensuring smooth operation and making every request possible. 

Floral and creative installations are my forté, whatever your event - I am here to help with any questions regarding our interior, what compliments the surroundings but I can also create bespoke packages to fit your vision. There is no dream too big or too small for us at the Roslin.

As Head Chef of Roslin Beach Hotel, I create the menus but also oversee our Executive Events Chef work to ensure the quality is up to our award winning standard. 

Creating a menu to suit your special occasion is so very rewarding, making your day tasteful and memorable! 

As Executive Events Chef, I will be here delivering the all of your culinary aspects - from 3-course wedding breakfasts to delicate canapes & luxurious buffet options. 

Any dietary or special requirements will be discussed directly with myself, and I will go above and beyond to ensure all your requests are met. 

Being Head Pastry Chef of Roslin Beach Hotel, enables me to create and provide seasonal menus to fit any occasion - whether it be grand or intimate. 

Dishes fit for everyone's taste, I will also be there to oversea the the smooth operation of the desserts served on your big day.
