IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please note we can hold your table for 20 minutes after your reservation time. Unfortunately, if you arrive after this time period we may need to release your table. To help us maintain the standards you would expect and due to the high demand for availability, if you were to cancel a party of 8 or more, your deposit will not be refunded or transferable to another reservation. Bookings for Saturday and Sunday will require a credit or debit card to secure your booking. If cancelled after the 24-hour cancellation policy or should you fail to attend, there will be charge of £10 per person.

As a reminder, we shall contact you 24 hours prior to your booking by email and 1-day prior by telephone for weekend reservations. Should your guests have any special dietary requirements please inform our Reservations Team. Although we try to accommodate all types of dietary requirements, we cannot absolutely guarantee that all products will be allergen free.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

We understand that situations might arise in which you will have to cancel or amend your reservation. Accordingly, the following applies:

Cancellations

We require 24 hours notice of any cancelations for parties of up to 7 people. For parties of 8 or more, we require 7 days notice.

We reserve the right to retain any deposits if a cancelation is made without this prior notice.

If a deposit was not taken, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £10 per person (Monday- Thursday) or £20 per person (Friday- Sunday) for any cancelations made within the required notice period.

Exceptions

Festive season: Please be aware that all deposits required for the festive season are non-refundable.

‘No Shows’ and failure to attend

Should you fail to attend your reservation, we reserve the right to retain any deposit made.

If a deposit was not taken, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £10 per person (Monday- Thursday) or £20 per person (Friday- Sunday).
